Start a fresh sign-in.
If sign-in stopped or sent you to ChatGPT, return here and start again. Keep the same browser tab open until you return to Classmallow.
The managed sign-in screen may still say “Quiz Studio”, the original registered name of ClassMallow.
- Use the same ChatGPT account and sign-in method you used for your saved quizzes.
- If that account uses Google, choose Continue with Google on the ChatGPT sign-in screen. This still signs in through ChatGPT; direct Google sign-in to Classmallow is not enabled.
- Finish the sign-in in that tab. Avoid returning to an old sign-in link or opening several attempts at once.
This opens your private studio only after authentication. It does not create another account, move your quizzes or give anyone else access.
Still seeing “Your sign-in session is not valid”?
Close the failed sign-in tab and begin one fresh attempt from Classmallow. You can try a private browser window yourself to rule out an old browser session. Enter passwords or complete passkey checks only on the official sign-in screen.
If you finish at chatgpt.com, return to classmallow.com and start fresh sign-in there. Signing in to ChatGPT alone does not confirm that the Classmallow sign-in completed.
