ClassMallow policies
ClassMallow Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid ClassMallow purchases. Paid checkout is not currently available. This policy does not create a paid subscription or enable a purchase.
When a purchase is made through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply:
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or any stronger rights provided by the terms of your purchase.
2. ClassMallow's voluntary refund offer
You may request a full refund of your first paid ClassMallow subscription payment within 10 calendar days of that payment. This voluntary guarantee does not apply to later renewal payments. Usage during those 10 days does not by itself remove this guarantee.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and any rights under Paddle's terms. The 10-day limit does not shorten any longer period or other protection required by applicable law or provided by Paddle.
3. How to request a refund
For a Paddle purchase, visit https://paddle.net and choose the refund/support option, or use the support link in your purchase receipt. For help identifying the purchase or resolving a product problem, contact classmallow@gmail.com. Include the purchase email address, order reference if available, and a short description of the request. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Approved Paddle refunds are handled by Paddle. Processing arrangements and timing are set out in Paddle's Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, access associated with that purchase may end, subject to applicable rights.
4. Cancelling a subscription
For a Paddle subscription, use the Manage subscription link in your purchase email to access the Paddle Customer Portal, or request cancellation through https://paddle.net. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
5. Trials and renewal charges
Any offered trial duration, whether payment details are required, the first paid charge and renewal terms must be shown before you start the trial. Cancel through the applicable subscription controls before the disclosed conversion or renewal time to avoid the next charge.
6. Problems, duplicate charges and legal rights
If you believe you were charged twice, did not receive the purchased service, or received a service that was faulty or materially different from its description, contact Paddle or classmallow@gmail.com. These requests are assessed under the applicable purchase terms and law; they are not excluded just because a voluntary guarantee period has ended.
Some customers have statutory withdrawal or other refund rights. The relevant rules depend on the transaction and applicable law. This policy does not require you to waive those rights or prevent you from disputing a charge through lawful channels.
