ClassMallow Terms of Service

About ClassMallow
ClassMallow is the trading brand of an online service for creating learning materials, quizzes and classroom activities. In these Terms, “ClassMallow”, “we” and “us” refer to the service's operator. Contact classmallow@gmail.com for questions or support.
These Terms govern use of classmallow.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains the information the service handles.
Accounts and classroom participation
The current Studio uses ChatGPT sign-in. Anyone using that sign-in must meet the provider's eligibility requirements: at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in their country, and parent or guardian permission if under 18. Do not use another person's account or misrepresent eligibility.
Classroom participants can join a host's room without creating an account or providing an email address. Independent account signup for children under 13 is not currently available. The signed-in quiz preview is restricted to the quiz owner.
Hosts must have the authority and any permissions required to arrange the activity and provide student information. Use classroom nicknames where practical and avoid unnecessary personal information. These responsibilities do not remove ClassMallow's own obligations. Parents and guardians can contact classmallow@gmail.com about a child's participation or information. This contact route does not itself constitute a parental-consent system.
Materials and AI
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You give us permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing with participants you invite and using the providers described in our Privacy Policy. Submit only material you have the right to use and share.
AI features, when available, produce drafts that can contain errors or unsuitable material. Review questions, explanations and answer keys before sharing or using them for assessment. AI output may not be unique. ClassMallow does not guarantee educational results or replace a teacher's judgment.
We retain rights in our software, branding and original service materials. You may use them through the service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.
Responsible use
Do not use ClassMallow unlawfully, infringe others' rights, harass people, upload malicious software, access private information without authority, interfere with the service or bypass access and usage controls. Keep account credentials, classroom codes and access tokens secure. Do not submit identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information in learning content or AI prompts.
Availability and payments
Features and usage limits are described in the application. Pilot features may be paused or limited. Paid checkout is not currently available, and displaying a proposed paid plan does not create a subscription.
When paid purchases become available, the checkout must show the included features, price, currency, taxes, billing period and any trial or renewal terms before purchase. A subscription renews only on the recurring basis disclosed and agreed to at checkout. Do not purchase based on a future feature that is not included in the offer.
For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Its Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms govern the transaction alongside the applicable product terms. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our 10-day first-payment guarantee and preserves mandatory consumer rights.
Service changes and access
We may update and maintain the service or take proportionate steps to address misuse and security risks. Where appropriate, we will explain an access restriction and give an opportunity to resolve it, unless that would create a security risk or be prohibited by law. Service changes do not remove mandatory rights or refund entitlements.
You may stop using ClassMallow at any time. Contact classmallow@gmail.com for account or data requests. Stopping use or deleting data is not a substitute for cancelling a paid subscription.
Responsibility and changes to these Terms
Uninterrupted availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish updated Terms and give additional notice or obtain agreement where required for material changes. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
